The Position:

• Lead end-to-end international tech recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their tech recruitment needs, devising tailored strategies. Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy.
• Concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of your roles. Utilise a diverse range of sourcing methods, including networking, tech forums, job boards, and social media, to build a robust global candidate pipeline.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure alignment with tech role specifications and company culture.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and providing valuable insights.
• Stay updated on tech industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to offer expert guidance to candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain meticulous and organized records within our applicant tracking system.
