We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Government Contracting Pricing Analyst. As a Government Contracting Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the financial and pricing aspects of federal prime bids and subcontracts while ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves analyzing pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the financial success of awarded Government contracts.

Role Specific Duties:

Conduct thorough analysis of Government contract requirements, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
Develop and prepare pricing proposals for Government contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Analyze financial data (including cost estimates, salary benchmarks, pricing models, competitor pricing history) to determine the profitability and competitiveness of contract bids.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to gather necessary information for contract pricing and proposal development.
After award, monitor and review contract performance to identify any pricing discrepancies or financial risks.
Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding pricing strategies, contract terms, and pricing adjustments.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and pricing benchmarks.
Assist in negotiations with Government agencies on pricing and contract terms.
Prepare and submit pricing reports and other contractual cost/pricing deliverables and documentation as required.
Stay updated on government regulations and policies related to contract pricing and advise the organization on potential impacts.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Relevant certifications (such as Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst) and (GASB) are a plus.
Proven experience working with Government contracts and pricing analysis, preferably in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Government procurement regulations and policies (e.g., Federal Acquisition Regulation).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately.
Excellent Proficiency in Excel and other financial and pricing analysis tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex pricing information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple contracts and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
