Backend Solutions Architect (UY) at TMG

Hi there! Techmates Group is looking for a Backend Solutions Architect to join our innovative team for ongoing and new projects.

About you:

You should have expertise in the listed technologies:

• Strong programming knowledge and experience (7+ years)
• Experience with Python (3 years)
• Experience with Microservices and RESTful API - FastAPI
• Good understanding of source control and branch management
• Experience with CI/CD process

 

Additional requirements:

• English level – Upper-Intermediate to advanced
• Experience working with North American clients

What you will be doing:

• Strategy and Planning
  • Support analysis and estimation, and proposal development for new business opportunities.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing engagements.
  • Participate in architectural team ceremonies to socialize knowledge, learnings, and challenges.
• Technical Leadership
  • Serve as escalation point for matters of technical concern in a client engagement.
  • Mentorship of development staff.
  • Participate in team education initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Delivery
  • Provide oversight and foster built-in quality and team and technical agility
  • Maintain deep understanding of technologies required for end-to-end delivery for engagements.
  • Define, explore, and support the implementation of enablers to evolve solution intent.
  • Work with stakeholders to refine technical detail for user stories
