📋 Description
- Serve as technical strategist for high-impact enterprise accounts; shape architecture and integration roadmap.
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles; drive technical discovery and POC/RFP responses.
- Develop and deliver demos, prototypes, and technical presentations.
- Create scalable frameworks, workflows, and enablement content (integration playbooks, ROI models).
- Lead cross-functional process innovations (deal intake and SC-to-Sales/CSM handoffs).
- Drive technical enablement for new product features and lead special projects that elevate SC team capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in client-facing pre-sales, sales engineering, or enterprise SaaS roles.
- Proven track record in complex enterprise sales cycles with AE, product, and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience leading evaluations, POCs, and large deployments.
- REST APIs, IAM, SSO/SAML/OAuth/OpenID, and SaaS integration patterns.
- Lead multi-workstream technical initiatives; influence across engineering, product, GTM.
- Business fluency in English and Japanese.
