📋 Description
- Drive revenue by recruiting and managing DACH partnerships (VARs, Distributors, SI).
- Win high-value partnerships through strategic relationships and negotiations in the DACH region.
- Manage partner sales performance: forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and revenue targets.
- Develop the DACH Channel Partner Plan with quarterly reviews and executive alignment.
- Scale onboarding, enablement, co-marketing, and incentives with Partner Marketing.
- Collaborate with direct sales to ensure co-sell readiness and resolve channel conflicts.
🎯 Requirements
- Circa 5 years in channel or partner sales within SaaS/AI/cloud tech in the DACH region.
- Strong track record driving multimillion-euro ARR via reseller, distributor, SI, and cloud partnerships.
- Track record managing strategic partnerships in the region with leading resellers, distributors, or telcos.
- Deep understanding of partner GTM motions (sell-to, sell-with, sell-through) and operationalization.
- Experience building scalable partner programs with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Salesforce and partner tools such as Crossbeam and Tackle.io; PRM systems.
- Native or bilingual German and business English.
