- Lead enterprise sales in Kansai with large corporate clients (new & existing)
- Present DeepL solutions to remove language barriers for customers
- Qualify and close leads; manage full sales cycle
- Hit monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets; forecast in Salesforce
- Build Kansai pipeline; pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead meetings with executives and senior managers across Kansai
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years enterprise software sales experience
- Proven success selling to large enterprise accounts and new logos
- Consistently over-achieving against quotas
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Native Japanese, business-level English
- Team player who supports colleagues across teams
