  • Present DeepL solutions to remove language barriers for customers
  • Qualify and close leads; manage full sales cycle
  • Hit monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets; forecast in Salesforce
  • Build Kansai pipeline; pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead meetings with executives and senior managers across Kansai

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven success selling to large enterprise accounts and new logos
  • Consistently over-achieving against quotas
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Native Japanese, business-level English
  • Team player who supports colleagues across teams
