📋 Description

• Communicate proactively with clients to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Track and update shipment progress, ETD, and system records.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
• Issue and monitor transportation documents; manage electronic data.
• Handle FCL & LCL ocean import and export end-to-end; coordinate with overseas offices.
• Prepare and issue accurate final invoices; verify data and submit invoices.
