📋 Description
- Activate onboarded SMB merchants who are not yet transacting.
- Re-engage churned merchants to recover revenue.
- Grow existing merchants via campaigns, upsell and cross-sell.
- Improve retention of existing transacting merchants.
- Analyze growth opportunities, identify blockers, and execute targeted interventions.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1-2 years in account management, sales, merchant ops, or growth.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and gain insights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a large merchant portfolio with structured follow-up.
- Arabic and English language proficiency required.
