📋 Description
- Set up new hire computers and ensure appropriate systems access is available by their first day.
- Provide general helpdesk support for company systems including laptops and Google Workspace.
- Manage conferencing setups and meeting platforms.
- Administer enterprise software, including user creation, access control, and IAM.
- Maintain IT hardware inventory and manage procurement of tech equipment.
- Lead IT onboarding sessions for new employees.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years of IT helpdesk or IT support experience.
- Experience supporting Google Workspace, Slack, and standard business apps.
- Familiarity with conferencing tools (Meet/Zoom/Teams).
- Knowledge of identity and access management practices.
- Experience in IT hardware asset management and procurement.
- Ability to manage onboarding/offboarding efficiently.
