📋 Description

  • Set up new hire computers and ensure appropriate systems access is available by their first day.
  • Provide general helpdesk support for company systems including laptops and Google Workspace.
  • Manage conferencing setups and meeting platforms.
  • Administer enterprise software, including user creation, access control, and IAM.
  • Maintain IT hardware inventory and manage procurement of tech equipment.
  • Lead IT onboarding sessions for new employees.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of IT helpdesk or IT support experience.
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace, Slack, and standard business apps.
  • Familiarity with conferencing tools (Meet/Zoom/Teams).
  • Knowledge of identity and access management practices.
  • Experience in IT hardware asset management and procurement.
  • Ability to manage onboarding/offboarding efficiently.
