- Sell into existing client base
- Map accounts, build plans, and forecast opportunities
- Identify top accounts and create power maps
- Create outreach cadences and perform outbound calls
- Lead meetings with key players across accounts
- Evangelize Convexity through product demos
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in HRtech B2B SaaS as Account Manager/AE
- Bonus for LMS/LXP experience
- Growth mindset and lifelong learning attitude
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experienced with complex software demos in the sales process
