📋 Description

• Lead the Retail Systems engineering team as Engineering Manager.
• Own the technical vision, roadmap, and delivery for store ops and omnichannel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for scalable store systems.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership with strong technical judgment.
• Drive readiness for store launches, localization, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Ops, ERP, Franchise, Product, and Finance to align priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of software engineering; 2+ years in a manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Deep domain experience in Retail systems, store ops, omnichannel.
• Experience delivering store-facing systems (POS, inventory, fulfillment).
• Hands-on architecture leadership; proven people management.
• Distributed systems, microservices, and cloud experience.
