📋 Description

• Execute SOPs to manage loan lifecycle.
• Update core banking with accurate customer/loan data.
• Automate recurring tasks and optimise day-to-day loan ops.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor loan data and proactively fix ad hoc issues.
• Debug and resolve loan-level issues within the Mifos platform.
• Contribute to process improvements and platform scalability.
• Support production systems and ensure platform stability.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of total work experience.
• Experience with core banking, loan operations, and repayments.
• Understanding data flow in distributed systems.
• Experience with lending products (Loans, BNPL) in fintech/banks.
• Self-starter, proactive, in fast-paced fintech.
• Background in accounting/finance is a plus.
