📋 Description
- Design, build, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards for Marketing and GTM teams.
- Partner with marketing to interpret KPIs on performance, funnel health, and pipeline.
- Develop scalable reporting frameworks to unify data and enable self-service analytics.
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, accurate, and aligned to KPI definitions.
- Collaborate with data engineers on data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline maintenance.
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and logic discrepancies across marketing source systems.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years hands-on Power BI experience
- Proficiency with Power Query and DAX to model data
- Strong SQL: write complex queries and optimize performance
- Experience with Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Marketo
- Familiarity with funnel metrics, campaign performance, and pipeline reporting
