- Teach and onboard new merchants on our products and features.
- Create plans to grow merchant businesses and expand partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships via meetings and updates.
- Manage day-to-day merchant interactions and hold business reviews.
- Monitor merchant satisfaction and implement retention measures.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Customer-oriented with ability to build strong merchant relationships.
- Strategic thinker with solid project management skills.
- Strong analytics skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Able to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple tasks.
