📋 Description
- Drive planning, execution, and improvement of global talent and learning programs.
- Ensure engagement surveys, performance, and talent cycles run on time.
- Configure learning systems and enablement materials with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with HR and business teams to align program deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years HR or Learning & Development experience
- Strong program management: planning, dependencies, risk mitigation
- Experience leading HR/talent/learning programs in tech
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Partner with HR, L&D, People Partners, IT and stakeholders
