📋 Description

• Design and deliver global learning experiences
• Manage learning systems and compliance programs
• Create onboarding and ongoing learning content (Articulate 360, e-learning)
• Lead onboarding sessions, scheduling, and content updates
• Administer LMS/LXP, data integrity, integrations, and vendor coordination
• Build dashboards to measure learning participation and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years HR or Learning & Development experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required
• Proficient with LMS/LXP and Articulate 360
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Ability to coordinate projects and work cross-functionally
