Sr. Software Engineer - Cloud Networking at Roku

📋 Description

• Join the Cloud Infrastructure Operations team to build scalable infrastructure.
• Own networking, identity, and security foundations across platforms.
• Monitor, observe, and support cloud services; participate in on-call rotation.
• Apply IaC and CI/CD to deploy reliable infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Platform teams to deliver end-to-end cloud networking insights.
• Develop tooling to automate deployment and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years designing and operating scalable cloud-native systems (automation, observability).
• Public cloud networking expertise (AWS/GCP): VPC, peering, routing, NAT, endpoints.
• Kubernetes traffic management, DNS/service discovery, and observability.
• IaC with Terraform; CI/CD tooling.
• Observability stack: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog; Istio telemetry for networks.
• Python, Java, or Go development for data integration and dashboards; strong communication.
