- Part of a cross-functional, international recruitment team sourcing candidates
- Source and recruit candidates via LinkedIn and other networks
- Screen CVs and applications; assess knowledge, skills, experience, behaviours
- Conduct interviews using reliable recruitment methods
- Guide candidates through hiring, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain candidates' interest and engagement, negotiating at the offer stage
🎯 Requirements
- Proven track record in agency or in-house tech recruitment
- Experience delivering tech recruitment internationally
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- Highly organized and autonomous; excellent communication
