• Part of a cross-functional, international recruitment team sourcing candidates
• Source and recruit candidates via LinkedIn and other networks
• Screen CVs and applications; assess knowledge, skills, experience, behaviours
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruitment methods
• Guide candidates through hiring, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain candidates' interest and engagement, negotiating at the offer stage

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in agency or in-house tech recruitment
• Experience delivering tech recruitment internationally
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
• Highly organized and autonomous; excellent communication
