📋 Description

• Own reliability, availability, and performance of cloud platforms powering production services.
• Provide technical direction for automation, infrastructure, and operational improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability metrics, including availability, MTTD, MTTR, and incident reduction.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps team through coaching and career development.
• Foster ownership, accountability, and operational excellence culture.
• Balance workload, shift coverage, and on-call rotations to maintain team health.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or production operations.
• 3–5+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting production systems and incident response.
• Experience operating and managing public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or OpenStack); data center experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of IaC (Terraform, Ansible); Kubernetes/Docker; CI/CD (GitLab); Networking, databases, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to balance technical depth with people leadership and delivery management.
