📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end accounts payable cycle: vendor mgmt, PO matching, invoicing, payments.
• Oversee Ramp expense platform: card reconciliation, reimbursements, approvals.
• Manage affiliate commissions and endorsement payments with Sales Ops for accuracy.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close related to AP, commissions, and accruals.
• Lead and mentor AP staff with coaching and development.
• Drive process improvements and automation in AP with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years progressive accounting with at least 3 in management; SaaS/tech preferred.
• Deep expertise in AP, procure-to-pay, card programs, and expense mgmt.
• Strong US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance knowledge.
• Hands-on with Ramp (required), Bill.com, Expensify, or similar.
• ERP systems: NetSuite or Sage Intacct; NetSuite preferred; advanced Excel/Sheets.
