📋 Description
- Own the complete payroll function, ensure timely, accurate payments.
- Mentor the Payroll team and provide guidance.
- Serve as the main contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
- Lead and unblock the Payroll team.
- Stay up to date with international payroll laws and regulations.
- Develop best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics for the team.
🎯 Requirements
- Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
- Understanding of global payroll best practices.
- Experience implementing payroll across multiple countries with third-party providers.
- Passionate about managing people and avoiding micromanagement.
- Proficient with SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
