• Build and manage relationships with distribution and referral partners like fintechs and e-commerce
• Support partnership proposals and agreements, ensuring smooth execution and mutual value
• Monitor partner performance and drive improvements in sign-ups, engagement, and GMV

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or commercial roles
• Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to structure high-impact partnerships
• Comfortable with data analysis and performance tracking
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
