• Own end-to-end delivery of Life Insurance front-end platforms (PAS, POS, workflows).
• Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Lead modernization to cloud-native microservices and containers.
• Drive cloud migration, DevOps, and CI/CD for faster releases.
• Lead multi-country delivery teams and vendors with budgets and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years IT, 5+ years in senior leadership (Director/Head of IT).
• Strong Insurance IT experience; Life Insurance systems (PAS, front-end, POS).
• Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation programs (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, APIs; DevOps.
• Experience delivering regional multi-country programs and CXO stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; results-driven.
