📋 Description

• Act as subject matter expert for Croatia/Serbia payroll.
• Manage payroll implementations with stakeholders across Payroll, Finance, Product and Engineers.
• Process end-to-end payroll in-house, including filings, approvals, payments.
• Ensure data integrity and quality of payroll data.
• Payroll accounting and reconciliations.
• Mentor payroll specialists and back up regional managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work largely asynchronously in an international environment.
• Proficient in English and Serbian/Croatian.
• Experience with Pantheon software.
