📋 Description

• Partner with PMs and engineers to scope and ship AI agents for thousands of conversations.
• Lead agent development with product strategy, conversational design, and insights.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers and drive their AI strategies.
• Build and refine conversational AI agents and gain exposure to product development.
• Drive execution of multiple complex, high-visibility agent projects.
• Coordinate across tech and non-tech stakeholders through the full lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding verbal and written communication to convey complex tech to non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and devise solutions.
• Leadership and team management to run multiple projects and inspire teams.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent; MBA a plus.
