📋 Description
- Own your SMB territory in the DACH region
- Build net-new SMB pipeline via outbound
- Execute multi-channel outreach: cold calling, email, LinkedIn
- Maintain high activity levels and daily outreach targets
- Run discovery and qualification calls with SMB prospects
- Handover qualified opportunities to Account Executives
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years experience in fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, sales)
- Completed commercial training or Bachelor's degree
- A strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility for hitting targets
- Excellent German skills (C2) and strong English skills
- Confidence in cold calling and proactive outbound outreach
- A data-driven mindset and comfort working with KPIs
