  • Land enterprise logos using Airtable’s self-service base and value propositions.
  • Build relationships with executives across departments and industries.
  • Identify cross-department expansion opportunities and tell multi-use case stories to CIOs.
  • Prioritize accounts; develop plans; identify opportunities; bridge use cases; climb the org chart.
  • Lead full sales cycle from initial interest to close; coordinate with CS and Solution Engineering.
  • Consult on business objectives and frame Airtable as a differentiated solution.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying closing experience at a technology company
  • Sold 6-figure+ deals to large accounts with 1000-3000 FTE
  • Thrive in partnering with business leaders and executives; align stakeholders across the lifecycle
  • Execute a structured sales process (e.g., Force Management) with rigor and self-awareness
  • Consultative and able to navigate complexities across industries, sizes, lifecycles
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver when discovering customer’s business needs and understanding how Airtable plugs into the bigger picture
