- Land enterprise logos using Airtableās self-service base and value propositions.
- Build relationships with executives across departments and industries.
- Identify cross-department expansion opportunities and tell multi-use case stories to CIOs.
- Prioritize accounts; develop plans; identify opportunities; bridge use cases; climb the org chart.
- Lead full sales cycle from initial interest to close; coordinate with CS and Solution Engineering.
- Consult on business objectives and frame Airtable as a differentiated solution.
šÆ Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying closing experience at a technology company
- Sold 6-figure+ deals to large accounts with 1000-3000 FTE
- Thrive in partnering with business leaders and executives; align stakeholders across the lifecycle
- Execute a structured sales process (e.g., Force Management) with rigor and self-awareness
- Consultative and able to navigate complexities across industries, sizes, lifecycles
- Resourceful and creative problem solver when discovering customerās business needs and understanding how Airtable plugs into the bigger picture
