• Own the end-to-end narrative of engineering investment, value, and tweaks
• Present insights to E-Staff and VP leadership with actions
• Build and maintain Feature Portfolio Intelligence: predictions and allocation
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews for cross-functional product pods
• Partner with Delivery Managers and Eng Directors to tailor analytics
• Productize dashboards and enable real-time data feeds

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in engineering analytics or BI
• Proven track record scaling analytics to enterprise
• Deep Looker expertise: data modeling and dashboards
• Strong SQL; Python for data engineering; REST API
• Experience with engineering metrics frameworks (DORA/SPACE)
• Present data-driven insights to VP/C-level; actionable stories
