📋 Description
- Develop and implement GTM strategy for new markets
- Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
- Travel 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, providers; forge partnerships
- Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
- Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
- Lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
- Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing/product strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to hit GTM goals
🎯 Requirements
- Based in Upper Peninsula, MI
- Fluent in English
- 1-4 years sales experience; KPI focus a plus
- Healthcare industry exposure a plus
- Local travel 4-5 days/week; reliable transport and valid DL
- Able to energize and persuade senior executives
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills, consultative approach
- Solid project management in fast-paced environment
- Experience with MS Office, Salesforce, and Zoom a plus
