📋 Description
- Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets
- Create and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
- Go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
- Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
- Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships
- Lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
🎯 Requirements
- Must be based in Rochester, NY
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience; owning KPIs is a plus
- Experience selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license (4-5 days/wk)
- Energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel
