📋 Description

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support referral partners across channels
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
• Lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Norfolk, VA
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience; owning KPIs a plus
• Healthcare org experience a plus
• Travel locally 4-5 days/week with reliable transportation
• Ability to energize, advise and persuade senior corporate personnel
