  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs.
  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries.
  • Review customer accounts and transactions to resolve issues.
  • Explain Tamara services in detail.
  • Based onsite in Riyadh Office.

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience (min 1-2 years).
  • Native Arabic speaker; Saudi nationals only.
  • Fluency in English (B1).
  • University degree holder.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use computers and internet applications.
