- Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries.
- Review customer accounts and transactions to resolve issues.
- Explain Tamara services in detail.
- Based onsite in Riyadh Office.
🎯 Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (min 1-2 years).
- Native Arabic speaker; Saudi nationals only.
- Fluency in English (B1).
- University degree holder.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use computers and internet applications.
