- Own end-to-end vendor relationships for UKIE market, driving KPIs and SLAs.
- Lead governance forums (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs) to set priorities and review results.
- Act as primary escalation point for operational issues for our partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide performance insights and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading vendor projects and launches.
- Work with outsourced vendors to ensure alignment and performance.
🎯 Requirements
- Significant experience in contact centre operations leading 100+ FTE accounts.
- Proven track record in vendor/relationship management, incl. offshore teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead governance forums and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset; turn data into actionable improvements.
- Resilience and a solutions-focused approach to navigate fast-paced, complex marketplaces.
