- Develop and implement sales strategies to accelerate Kuwait partner acquisitions
- Lead high-profile meetings with F&B groups for partnerships and negotiations
- Support team during challenging negotiations and escalate as needed
- Improve sales function efficiencies: leads cycle, tools, and reporting
- Collaborate with account managers, marketing, and operations for seamless partner experience
- Share learnings with regional counterparts to drive cross-market improvements
🎯 Requirements
- Education: BSc/BA in business or related field; MSc/MA/MBA preferred
- Experience: 5+ years sales, 2+ years managing >3 direct reports in high-growth company
- Skillset: Strong analytical, organized, leadership, communications, negotiation, coaching
- Knowledge: Kuwait restaurant industry experience is a plus
- Characteristics: Highly motivated self-starter able to drive targets
- Proven success leading sales teams in high-growth environments
