📋 Description
- Support day to day HRIS operations, including processing standard requests under guidance.
- Use ServiceNow to log, track, and update HR requests, maintaining clear notes and handoffs.
- Monitor recurring issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate to senior team members.
- Execute data audits and quality checks to help maintain Workday accuracy.
- Troubleshoot Workday issues across modules like HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking, escalating complex issues where needed.
- Assist with reporting by running standard and ad hoc Workday reports and enhancements.
🎯 Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HRIS support, or related HR systems role with Workday.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel and data validation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with an eagerness to learn.
- A proactive approach and desire to contribute to process and system improvements.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow case management or workflow tools (preferred).
