Sales Operations Intern at UiPath

📋 Description

• Hybrid 3-month internship from the Bucharest office.
• Partner on analytical projects; assist sales reports & dashboards (Salesforce, Excel).
• Build and update Excel models for territory planning and productivity analysis.
• Support data hygiene in CRM and reporting tools.
• Create executive-ready presentations for sales leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Tech, and Marketing Ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excel (pivot tables; basic formulas); PowerPoint/Slides a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL or Salesforce is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present findings.
