📋 Description
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts; drive adoption and retention.
- Guide customers on Workato's Enterprise Agentic Orchestration.
- Build strategic relationships to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Conduct executive reviews and align outcomes with business goals.
- Create Joint Success Plans and map value to initiatives.
- Escalate issues and advocate for customers internally.
🎯 Requirements
- BS or equivalent education
- 7+ years in consulting, CS, or TAM with enterprise ARR
- Track record delivering customer outcomes amid ambiguity
- Strong written and oral comms with business and tech stakeholders
- Experience in integration and/or business automation across domains
- Preference for Account Manager/CSM in hyper-growth SaaS/iPaaS; 25% travel
