📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts; drive adoption and retention.
  • Guide customers on Workato's Enterprise Agentic Orchestration.
  • Build strategic relationships to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Conduct executive reviews and align outcomes with business goals.
  • Create Joint Success Plans and map value to initiatives.
  • Escalate issues and advocate for customers internally.

🎯 Requirements

  • BS or equivalent education
  • 7+ years in consulting, CS, or TAM with enterprise ARR
  • Track record delivering customer outcomes amid ambiguity
  • Strong written and oral comms with business and tech stakeholders
  • Experience in integration and/or business automation across domains
  • Preference for Account Manager/CSM in hyper-growth SaaS/iPaaS; 25% travel
