- Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationships.
- Partner with Programmatic Operations to ensure flawless campaign setup, delivery, and optimization.
- Translate client objectives into strategic campaign plans, providing insights and recommendations.
- Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships through upsells and cross-sells with Sales.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client preferences, historical performance, and industry trends.
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years experience in account management, client success, or programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital media buying, DSPs, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strategic storytelling.
- Highly organized; can manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for building lasting client relationships.
