📋 Description

• Provide support to Sales on renewal and new business deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product on deal-related matters.
• Scale operations to support customer growth and retention.
• Manage renewal opportunities and provide business analysis.
• Prepare contracts early for renewals and enable e-signature via DocuSign.
• Assist Salesforce CPQ to produce accurate quotes and contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with sales teams in deal desks, sales ops, or provisioning.
• Strong verbal and written communication; foster cross-functional relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Ability to follow internal processes and manage multiple projects.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; strategic problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is preferred.
