Sales Engineer at LogicMonitor

📋 Description

• Perform SE duties on trial calls scheduled by AEs.
• Understand prospect needs and technology requirements.
• Assist AEs with demos and trial setups.
• Optimize trials with dashboards and sample reports.
• Lead technical/product training for new sales staff.
• Log meetings and technical notes in Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical field preferred
• 5+ years experience in SysAdmin or Sales Engineering
• Able to articulate technology and product positioning to business and technical users
• Able to establish and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Linux/Windows admin experience including virtualization, storage, and load balancers
• WMI, PerfMon, JDBC, SNMP, JMX experience
• Webservers (IIS/Apache/Tomcat) and Active Directory
• Database (SQL/MySQL/Postgres) and scripting (Groovy/PowerShell/Ruby)
