📋 Description

• Owns relationships with third-party data providers end-to-end.
• Lead data acquisition lifecycle: vendor eval, POC, contracts, onboarding, BAU.
• Partner with Risk, Finance, Data Ops, Analytics, Legal, Compliance to align sourcing.
• Manage renewals, pricing, contracts, invoices, and budgets.
• Identify cost optimization through spend, usage, build vs buy; report.
• Ensure compliant data use; coordinate licensing, usage rights, governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in data acquisition, vendor management, sourcing, or data strategy.
• Own third-party data relationships end to end: eval, contracts, renewals, pricing.
• Manage full data acquisition lifecycle from discovery to onboarding and BAU.
• Cross-functional collab with Product, Data Ops, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance.
• Experience evaluating build vs buy and supporting cost optimization.
• Data licensing, usage rights, governance; translate terms into guidance.
• Documentation and tracking of vendor inventories, renewal calendars, pricing history.
