Scripting Specialist at LogicMonitor

📋 Description

• Build and maintain synthetic journey scripts with Selenium, Playwright, JavaScript
• Triage and resolve script failures, alert noise, and monitoring gaps
• Proactively monitor alerting data to identify degradations and anomalies
• Integrate monitoring workflows with customer toolchains via REST APIs
• Work as an extension of the customer's team for ad-hoc scripting and testing
• Collaborate with Engineering to identify and escalate product defects

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in test automation or scripting using Playwright/Selenium
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for writing and debugging test scripts
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, docs, requests, and responses
• Ability to interpret monitoring alerts and investigate issues
• Basic understanding of web tech: HTTP/S, DNS, rendering
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
