📋 Description
- Own AM KPI and drive revenue; maintain key accounts; upsell, retain, reactivate.
- Coordinate with internal teams on service failures, billing issues, and inquiries.
- Roll out periodic surveys on corporate customers to gain insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns; oversee timeline to ensure quality output.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business.
- Min 2 years in sales, account management, and customer support.
- Strong sense of product flow and merchant solutions; campaign management skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in written Vietnamese and English.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
