🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, with 3+ years in design leadership
• Proven experience designing B2B2C and/or SaaS products with complex workflows
• Strong background in growth, onboarding, activation, or lifecycle design
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes (activation, retention, conversion, churn reduction)
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing design teams
• Strong product thinking and ability to balance user needs with business goals
