- Serve as main contact for inbound customer and agent inquiries via phone, email, chat, SMS.
- Maintain accurate policy records and document interactions in Salesforce.
- Provide clear information to agents on policy status, compensation, and details.
- Navigate internal systems to verify information and update records.
- Develop understanding of Ethos products, processes, and partner systems.
- Build rapport with customers and agents through empathetic communication and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years in customer support, success, or operations
- Experience supporting U.S.-based customers
- Strong verbal and written communication, customer-first
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CRM tools, or help desk software
- Familiarity with policy administration systems and partner agent platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferred
