📋 Description
- Own day-to-day recruiting ops: scheduling, interviews, candidate comm
- Partner with hiring managers on role profiles and interview plans
- Run outbound sourcing campaigns for priority GTM, ops, and product roles
- Track hiring progress against headcount; report weekly metrics
- Build a high-touch candidate experience across all stages
- Implement onboarding processes for a consistent ramp-up
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in People Ops, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting (fast-paced SaaS)
- Proactive, ownership-driven; end-to-end process ownership
- Strong attention to detail with many moving parts and tight timelines
- Great communication; candidates feel cared for and managers supported
- Familiarity with Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS
- Passion for scalable systems; GTM/technical experience is a plus
