📋 Description
- Own day-to-day recruiting operations: scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Partner with hiring managers to build role profiles, scorecards, and interview plans
- Run outbound sourcing campaigns for priority roles across GTM, ops, and product
- Track hiring progress against headcount targets and report weekly metrics
- Build and maintain a high-touch candidate experience across all roles and stages
- Implement onboarding processes for a consistent ramp-up
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in People Ops, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting at fast-paced SaaS
- Proactive, ownership-oriented with end-to-end process ownership
- Strong attention to detail managing many moving parts and tight timelines
- Excellent communication to engage candidates and support hiring managers
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as Lever or Greenhouse
- Passion for building scalable systems and processes
