- Stand up HRIS, records, policies, and workflows.
- Design and run performance review cycles.
- Own compensation analysis, benchmarking, and bands.
- Create a world-class onboarding experience.
- Manage compliant offboarding.
- Drive manager/leadership training and enablement.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in People Ops/HR, startup or high-growth.
- Proven ability to build processes and infrastructure from scratch.
- Hands-on HRIS administration, reviews, onboarding, offboarding, compliance.
- Data-savvy: pull/structure headcount, benchmarks, metrics.
- Strong knowledge of US multi-state employment law.
- Cross-functional partner with leadership, recruiting, finance.
