📋 Description

• Partner with teams to address business and engineering priorities.
• Define, track, and deliver projects within budgets and timelines.
• Coach, develop, and support team members to strengthen performance and growth.
• Serve as a key liaison between business and engineering stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Identify delivery and operational risks and implement mitigation plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 7+ years managing software development teams across multiple initiatives.
• Hands-on development experience in Java or Python.
• Working knowledge of databases, cloud technologies, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with familiarity in Waterfall.
