Senior Product Manager (Finance and Account Management)

📋 Description

• Owning the product strategy and roadmap for two squads: Finance (payments, billing, invoicing, fees
• Reducing the cost of taking payments: shape payment method mix (e.g. Pay by Bank), multi-currency
• Growing revenue from the finance surface: fee and pricing structures, processing fees on chargeable
• Owning the end-to-end account lifecycle, from sign-up and verification to user roles, team
• Defining and evolving fraud and risk controls across onboarding and payments
• Partnering with Finance and Accounting, Customer Experience, Sales, Legal and Engineering to

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years owning payments, billing or
• Hands-on experience with payment service providers (e.g. Stripe, Adyen), local payment methods
• Knowledge of account and identity products: KYC/KYB, role-based access control, and fraud detection
• Understanding of tax invoicing (VAT/GST) and basics of revenue accounting
• Proven ability to move business metrics such as cost, revenue and loss rates
• Experience running more than one engineering squad or roadmap in parallel
